📦 Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.

During high-volume periods, product launches, or holidays, processing times may be slightly extended. If there is a significant delay, we will contact you via email.

🚚 Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Estimated delivery times (after processing):

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days

  • Expedited Shipping (if available): 2–3 business days

Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. HuntX is not responsible for carrier delays due to weather, holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control.

🌎 Shipping Locations

We currently ship to:

  • United States (including Alaska & Hawaii)

International shipping may be added in the future.

📍 Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update.

📦 Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

HuntX is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they have been marked as delivered by the carrier. If your package appears lost or delayed, please contact the carrier directly using your tracking number.

🏠 Incorrect Address Disclaimer

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. HuntX is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, additional shipping charges may apply.

  • Photos of the damaged item(s)

  • Photos of the packaging
